On my way to work this morning i made a wrong turn. Reading exit signs posted, made it very easy to get myself back on track. Reading is a skill that's very useful to me outside of school where it is most often practice. It helps me with directions, information, communication and education.
      In todays world, reading is a vital part of my communication, to chart online with friends.It also enhances conversations, by giving insight on what's going. Being able to respond to faxes or bills. It builds on communication by enabling preparedness; for meetings, social events, parties or even just kicking it with your friends.
      Reading constantly seems to inform me throughout my day. Simply distinguishing between shirt sizes when shopping at the mall or that the residents get their respective diets at work i must read. To know what's going locally and globally, even to make sure the food i eat is the right foods i must read. All this information is vital to my daily life, and i must read to obtain it.
       I knew very little about building a backyard deck, or even welding two pieces of metal, but through reading i was educated on how its done. Guess what am trying to say is reading is a vital part of educating yourself, it expands my knowledge base, and knowledge is power. The education i have had cause of reading is endless.
       Reading was one of the most important factors, in founding this country in times of no media.So has it made me who i am  and helping me know who i want to become. Reading provides perspective on situations, without actually having to physically be there. I enjoy reading and i hope you guys enjoy reading this. Reading is important for school but twice as important for life.
